She has a strong work ethic and always goes the extra mile. Mona has been a key player in local real estate since 1995 after a long stint in medical sales. Her experience includes four years as Managing Broker of the Lake Forest Koenig and Strey Real Estate office. As a leader in the industry, she is called upon for her insight into trends in luxury real estate. Mona has lectured on selling luxury real estate and has been quoted and featured in many publications, including Crain's Chicago Business, Sheridan Road Magazine, Real Trends, Traded Chicago, and North Shore Weekend News. Mona enjoys selling all types of residential real estate, from Chicago to the North Shore. Away from work, Mona enjoys traveling with her husband, Joe McCullough, especially to their cabin in Door County, Wisconsin. She also loves to visit her daughter, Jessica (37), her grandchildren, and her son, Jacob (30).
Flor has sold real estate on the North Shore for 18 years and has extensive experience selling residential real estate across the North Shore. While she has more recently focused on selling luxury real estate, her passion is understanding the client’s needs and delivering on desired outcomes. Flor has a wealth of relocation, marketing, and technological expertise but feels her client relationships are the gold standard for success. While managing a corporate relocation services division for seven years, she managed the transfer of executives and their families, overseeing their home purchases or sale. Professionally, Flor has volunteered at the Corporate Relocation Council of Chicago, the Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council, and the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors. In her community, Flor has served eight years as a caucus member for North Shore School District 112 and volunteered for Boy Scouts of America, Pack 42. In Flor’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Tracy, and their three children, Freda (23), Harry (20), and Thomas (17).
